Executive Director
Chris Michaelides is Executive Director of the Australasian Menopause Society, working closely with the Board and clinical leaders to support the Society’s strategic direction, governance, and organisational effectiveness. In this role, he focuses on strengthening organisational capability and enabling the expertise of AMS members to advance education, advocacy, and evidence-based care for women in midlife across Australasia.
Chris is an experienced senior executive with a background in organisational leadership, operations, and change management across diverse sectors. Admitted to legal practice in Victoria, he brings expertise in governance frameworks, systems development, and building collaborative environments that support specialist-led organisations.
He is committed to fostering clinician-led leadership and strengthening AMS as a trusted professional community and leading voice in menopause care.
